Very disappointed with Kal Tire. They promised that the tires on my car would last for 130K kilometres but they were completely worn out after just 50000 kilometres. they refused to replace them without charging me again. Totally unprofessional and dishonest service. I would not recommend Kal Tire to anyone.
My family and I were driving into white court when our front right tire on our Audi blew out. We limped it into this shop. They were so nice to us and tried to help us find a tire that would be compatible with ours. With no luck they helped us put the spare tire on so that we could get home. I highly recommend them. If I ever need help in the future I’ll definitely be stopping in here Thx Troy!
About 4 hours in of our 6 hour drive home, my front tire was losing air. I had my 3 kids and dog with me and thankfully Whitecourt was only about 20 mins away. I stopped at Kal Tire and they took my van in immediately and welcomed us all inside the shop to wait. I was preparing myself for a big bill and long wait. Nope! Got a flat just outside Whitecourt on route to Edmonton. Called in and was assured someone would be available to fix my tire, even after closing. Currently sitting in the shop, watching them fix this up. Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience…. extremely fast, and helpful, in an otherwise bad situation. Thank you!
Huge shoutout to the team at Whitecourt Kal Tire Yesterday, I found myself in a tough spot on my way to Whitecourt yesterday and needed two new front tires plus a few parts replaced on my Jeep. The team got me in right away, handled everything they had in stock within the hour. After we identified another issue that needed attention from the wreck they ordered the parts overnight, and by 10 am this morning my Jeep was fully repaired and ready to go.
