The team a KAL Tire replaced a sensor that was causing a check engine light. They tried the easy (no cost) reset first in case that worked. It did not. The mechanic took the time to explain what the oxygen sensor does. It was efficiently replaced a few days later.
Very quick and professional service. The employee at the front desk was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to fit me in within a couple of hours. My flat tire with a huge nail was fixed within 30 minutes.
Even though they couldnt figure out the engine issue the dealership screwed me with they gave amazing and quick service. Justin at the front was great in his communication of what things would cost and what they could do. Top tier service
