Got a flat late at night after work, nothing was open and had the tow truck drop my car off in their lot to get things figured out in the morning. Called bright and early and they were able to get me sorted that same day which I was not expecting. My car was fixed, all tires changed over to winter tires cause I had my summer set on. Had a flat tire and stopped by Kal Tire early in the morning to get it checked before work. I got there around 7:30 AM, explained that I needed to be at work soon, but the staff weren’t very friendly and said it would take at least 2–3 hours just to look at it. This was my first experience at a tire shop in Canada, and honestly, it left a bad impression. Disappointing service — a little kindness and understanding go a long way.
Excellent customer service and always a great job. Squeezed me in at the end of the day, which I appreciated so much.
