Had booked an appointment for a wheel alignment at 9 am told it would be 1 hour went back at 10 was told they could get me in at 11:30 or 3 which neither worked for me unfortunately NO courtesy call 😡 The manager called and apologized for the miss understanding we wil be continuing patrons

Friendly and conscientious. They are exactly what you expect from a small-town business.
On Sat 30th We had a trailer tire blow out on the highway. While changing the tire a man pulled up and said the Kal tire was open in crossfield. Which in itself was surprising for a Saturday evening. We took the trailer in and the two young guys were knowledgeable and took the time to do things right. They had the new tire changed and installed in no time.
