I used to highly recommend this place to my fellow towns people, but today my experience there was unacceptable. Booked my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. Tire rotation is under the warranty for the tires. I was lied to about having the rotation done. I was then told they didnt want to put the balder front tires on the back, because i would fishtail. The crossfield Kal Tire has been a great place for my tire needs. The staff have always been top notch and super knowledgeable about all their products and helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle. They've also been super accommodating and getting me booked in, fixed up, and out the door in a timely fashion. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable tire shop.
Great service, friendly staff that go that extra mile. I've been taking my car to them every since I moved to Crossfield 8 years ago. They've always been great but the last few days really highlighted the great work they do. Yesterday, I tried to start my car after work and wouldn't start up. Awesome service. Needed tires rotated. They fit me in without appointment early Saturday morning this during the crazy winter tires season.
