Kira and the team helped me today when I got a flat. Got me in right away to take a look. I appreciate their help and kindness.
Had booked an appointment for a wheel alignment at 9 am told it would be 1 hour went back at 10 was told they could get me in at 11:30 or 3 which neither worked for me unfortunately NO courtesy call 😡 The manager called and apologized for the miss understanding we wil be continuing patrons Sept 1 we had our car in for service they were fast and efficient we were back on the road thank you Jason
I was told I could get a tire patch yesterday. We had dropped the tire off late Thursday afternoon. Called by mid-afternoon on Friday a so hadn’t heard back and the lady on the phone said they’d give me a call when it was done. 3:30 pm the next day I had to call them to check in again. Still nothing done. Was told they’d “get to it in the hour.” I said no thanks. Super disappointed in the lack of communication. We like giving our business locally but I guess we won’t be doing that for our tire needs.
If I could rate this shop 0 I would. They can’t do a simple tire swap and balance without gouging rims and wrecking centre caps. Been back twice still vibrates. Stripped centre cap bolts, chunks out of rims with just a sorry. If you want your stuff damaged this is the place to go.
Excellent care and service, was travelling and had two rear tires wear excessively, they got me in right away and back on the road.
