Big thank you to vinay the store manager and the front desk associate sophia. Got brand new nokians installed only to find out 3 were the wrong size. I went back explained what had happened and sophia ordered me the correct tires and vinay was really nice and apologetic. They installed and balanced the correct tires for me and made me a really happy customer. Thank you vinay and Sophia you guys truly are amazing. Will be coming back in the future.

Rahul did not help me . I have been shopping with Kal tire for 10 years and I worked for them for 2 years . I needed two small trailer tires there is a discount that I get on my account and he said I would not get it anymore . He was unprofessional when he answered the phone and how he felt with this scenario . I went and bought the same tires for a lower price from fountain tire .
