Horrible customer service if you dare have an issue--tire separation internally on 2 new tires with 31000km..blamed bad struts and poor alignment for the issue yet Alignment/Suspension expert advised struts not all that bad and alignment was only out a little..store Manager said "he doesn't know whst he's talking about-we do". No offer of help/ compensation, just "what would you like us to do". Then in the same breath advised that Corporate wouldn't warrantee the tires becos of the bad struts and alignment--we'll see. Update of my review. Just had time to update my review. I guess they didnt really have time to fix my tire properly as it slowly went flat again. Would definitely think twice about going to them. The assistant manager just called me. He said there's a set rate that is to be charged for doing a stem replacement and the price can only be changed by the managers discretion. For example he was doing a tire repair for free right now. Remember that for anyone that comes here for a tire repair! Manager can do for free if he chooses... read more
Paul and Vinay are fantastic and go beyond to assist you. I was concerned regarding the coolant in my car so although Paul and his staff were extremely busy they were able to fit me in to check it and top it up and also my window washer fluid. I recommend them highly
Was there for half hour picking out winter tires and rims but the rim website was not working so he took my name and number and would call me tomorrow:NEVER happened.
