Wife came in for some brake work, got a quote to do the spark plugs and it was reasonable like 8$ each for parts, she picked up the vehicle and was going over the bill and she seen they charged like 33$ each sparkplug for parts so she went back in and said hey you quoted me 8$ the guy said o0o yes your right I must have pressed the wrong button and it put the more expensive ones on the bill. I showed up Needing two possibly four tires for my C class motorhome. One woman from the front desk came and inspected my tires and told me I only needed two. She was amazing. I was told it would be about an hour. After almost 3 hours I finally got my vehicle back. I go to the next town to get my wheels torqued, and I noticed all of my valve extenders were gone, there was a nut floating around in my tire, the tire was flat because the valve stem was pushed over. Front staff good communication...supervisor or manager went out of way to help. I will return and have been years now.
