Always great service no matter what town you are in.
The tire on our trailer started to separating so we stopped into Kal. They had one in stock and we were up and running within the hour. We were extremely happy and highly recommend the Team at Kal. Update: we stopped into Kal Tire in Creston to get the rim nuts retorqued and the whole process took 3 minutes and was no charge. Why go anywhere else
Told me they ordered my tires.. week goes by, i phone and they told me they ordered the tires from one of the warehouses without any in stock lol then they tell me they ordered them again and should be here the next day..... phoned the next day.....next week they say lol real good customer service
Dane is an MVP. In from langley 600km away for a wedding and had a flat tire. He stayed open late and made sure I had a way home tomorrow. This man deserves every good thing I could possibly say about him. Thank you Dane, you're the kind of person these industries need, and the kind of service technician my father used to complain about not existing nowadays. I hope Kal Tire recognizes you for this.
