The team at Kal Tire Cranbrook are amazing, we were travelling and picked up a large lag bolt leaving us stuck, they got us in asap and made sure we were taken care of and keot our holiday intact. They front office crew treated us so well that we ended up getting 4 new tires for a very fair deal. Make sure to contact them for any of your tire related needs as you will not be disappointed.
Went in for a tire swap and alignment check. All of the staff i dealt with, from the initial phone call to the front staff and service workers were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and all around great people. Very open and honest about different options and what was needed now and later. Definitely recommend!
Arriving for an appointment that they so kindly squeezed me in last minute for, I locked my keys in the car in the Kal tire parking lot. The staff were extremely helpful to try to helped get inthe car and then drove me to a dealership and waited while they cut me a new key. They then took my car in to investigate my issue and spent over an hour troubleshooting. I had a great experience with Kal Tire in Cranbrook . It is very friendly environment . I came here from Alberta for a visit and my tire looked a bit low couple of days before I planned to leave . Kal tire team quickly fixed my tire so I didn’t have to change my plan to go back home . I highly recommend this Kal tire location . Thank you . 🤗
