I’ve come to this location a few times now and I’ll continue to be giving them all my business. The staff are friendly and helpful and they all seem to love their job. Everyone I’ve dealt with has gone above and beyond in service. I never feel rushed while I’m there and I always feel like I’ve gotten all my needs met without any worry. I highly recommend this location!!!
So bought tires from them used for 1 winter then started bubbling on the tread and brought them back for warranty!! To this point everything great !! But when I came to pick them up they had a 1200$ bill for me because tires were worth more now then when I bought them and installation and balancing and because of tread was 29% in one winter and asked them to install the censors in other set so jn waiting to pay 200-250$ ….. Kal has always been amazing service. The staffing is great. Timing is great and the ability to just book online and get efficiency is key.
My husband ( a former mechanic) had installed my winter tires on the Thursday before Thanksgiving. That night, we had a call from our son in Edmonton. He was waiting for emergency surgery for his appendix, and could someone drive up to help??? I packed that night, jumped in the car Friday morning to drive off when my husband stopped me. These guys Rock, they worked late to finish my truck on the Thanksgiving weekend, not just mine either. They close at 5 on Saturday and when I got there at 7 they were still working hard on everyone's vehicles. Everything felt solid and smooth on my drive home to Kimberley. My 21 year old truck is running better then ever thanks to these guys. Cannot recommend enough.
