Would not admit to losing the lug nut key after changing our tires. Blamed it on oil change company who had NOT changed the oil during the period it went missing. And they also blamed it on us. The lug nut key has been stored with the lug nuts in a Kal Tire bag in the wheel well for 9 years. We do NOT touch it between tire changes. Why would they not admit their service person forgot to put it back and rectify the problem instead of blaming everyone else.
Had problem with tps light coming on. Called Kal tire spoke to Corey told me to bring vehicle in. Went there saw Corey problem fixed in about ten minutes. Thanks Corey great service.
Disappointed with Customer Service Booked a car to have the tires changed and informed the desk clerk that I was a BCAA member, asking that the discount be applied to my bill. He forgot, and when I brought it up, the manager, Cory, refused to correct it — without even an apology. His dismissive attitude showed a real lack of respect for customers, and it makes me wonder how much care goes into the work carried out there. I would not trust them with my bill or my car again.
I needed a tire fixed ASAP, and this place really came through! They got me in right away and took care of it quickly. The service was excellent from start to finish — everyone was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly about what needed to be done. I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable tire service
