My kids were on a road trip passing through Kelowna and were having some brake issues. I called the shop 40 minutes before closing on a Sunday and he accepted to do an inspection when they arrived 20 minutes before closing. The assessment was that a brake job needed to be done but it would be safe to continue on to Penticton where their hotel was booked. He did not charge for the inspection and refused a tip and said they could get the work done tomorrow in their Penticton shop. Amazing service - thank you!!
