Online booking is awesome they do a good job. But very frustrated drop my car off everything done fantastic! They ask if I want to keep me tires I said if I can get another season that would be great! Well I come to pick up the guy at the counter told me my tires were at a 8 and and a 4 and I can get another season on them. Get to my car and my tires are not there! Disappointed. Told me my tire was “unreapairable” and recommended new tires. My husband told me to keep the damaged tire, we took the tire elsewhere for repair and I’ve driven another 15k on it since. I feel a little like they tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman, whom clearly had no idea about anything. Stay away if you are looking for honesty.
