Corey looked after my 17 year old son getting tires installed for the first time on his own. I had intended on meeting my son there but was not able to. My son assured me he was fine, Corey was doing the installation himself and according to my son he was a car guy. From a car family, thank you!
They truly went above and beyond! I experienced an unexpected tire issue while visiting from out of town and stopped in for the first time. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and took a look at my vehicle right away. The shop itself was spotless and welcoming, with a great selection of coffee and tea available while you wait. DO NOT GO to this place. Very poor service, especially on extra service like brakes. Require to pay alignment cost to get tires and have warranty and rotation done. Not worth to save couple bucks.
I had Kal Tire install my stock tires onto a brand new set of Sentali Luxx Turbine 20’s about a month ago. I was pretty nervous bringing in brand new rims because I really didn’t want them scratched or damaged. The team at Kal Tire did an amazing job — you could tell they took care and paid attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect and I left really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend them.
From my experience, the staff at Kal Tire were professional and accommodating. I came in for an alignment, and although they were unable to complete it due to heavily corroded eccentric bolts, they took the time to inspect the vehicle and explain the situation clearly. The service advisor was upfront and honest about why they chose not to proceed, which I appreciated.
