Very pleased with Kal Tire. Had issue with one of my tires having a slow leak. The tires were old and worn, so I was planning to get a new set after this season, but this leak made it into a more pressing matter. I felt it was a safety issue to drive 1000+km on the highway for an upcoming road trip in a few days. Wouldn’t want a blow out on the highway. Had my truck in for a rear brake inspection. Sharma and Alex were very professional and took time to explain that my concerns were not an issue . I have used KalTire in the past, and it's my go to shop for tires and brakes. Good people to deal with, honest, forthright and reliable. Great customer service.
"Some" really nice people. I had a extremely bad day with them I understand running a business..time is money. My time is money. Your time is money. I was at this place this morning for a tire change Arrogant Indian guy at the front office. Why can’t they have someone who can show little bit of courtesy to anyone showing up at their place
