Had incredible service on Easter weekend (saturday). The two young men working were busy and fully booked but still helped me out at the last minute. If they didn't squeeze me in, I wouldn't have been able to head back to Comox on Sunday for work because everyone else in Port McNeill was closed. These guys saved us!

I love Kal tire and their business model. If all businesses had the same care and courtesy for their customers as kal tire does the world will be a better place. Kal Tire Port Mcneill has always been amazing to me.
Could not say better things about the staff here. I came in with a tire puncture just as they were walking out the door for the long weekend. The team stayed behind and patched the tire within 20 Mins and had me on my way. We were on a family trip from Vancouver and would have been pretty sol if they didn’t help. Saved the trip for us!
