I was driving through Chilliwack on my way to the Okanogan when my car started shaking. After calling multiple places that said it would be a long wait Kal tire said come on in. They took my car in right away. Turns out my wheel was loose and they fixed it within 15 minutes and didn’t charge me. This could’ve been a dangerous situation at worst or at best just a derail of a road trip, but they managed to turn it around with amazing service! Cannot say enough about my appreciation for this location. Thank you! Thank you!!
Excellent service. The people here, such as Andy, take care of you like family. The environment is very clean, open, welcoming, and organized. We're from out of town and the tire pressure warning light came on . Drove to Kal Tire on Luchakuck way and talked to Andy it turn out we needed a new tire .He had to order in a new tire which came from surrey. The tire was delivered way faster then anticipated and was installed quickly and we were on our way. Thank you Andy and you're team and the delivery person for fast and efficient service.
