Had a rear break service done My breaks started making horrible noises when applied in reverse Took it to Greendale motors to have a new muffler put on and asked him to check them and he said my left rear caliper pin was seized he fixed it for me So tell my why I was charged over 80 dollars for a brake service that I was told I needed and they couldn't see the caliper pin was seized????? Great location. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about various product options. I would recommend this location. They found me some great winter tires for my EV and I learned some new information.
I had a great experience at this Kal Tire location. They went above and beyond to help me out with the flat tire. It was late on a Saturday with only about 20 minutes left before closing, and while another shop had already declined to help, the team here stepped in without hesitation. They got the job done quickly and professionally, and I really appreciate their willingness to help in a tough moment. Excellent customer service!
