I was looking to get my front side driver tire looked at as it seemed to be losing air - Kal Tire scheduled me the next day and even offered to bump up my appointment earlier which was perfect. Great customer service North End location!

My vehicle was brought here for them to install new winter tires on steel rims. I took the car home not even 15km away and parked it indoors before leaving on vacation. When I got back home I saw that they had used cheap stick on wheel weights as opossed to the proper snap in weights that should be used on steel rims because the sticky weights were allover the floor in my garage meaning they had fallen off the rims while the car was left stationary with less than 15km driven since the tire swap service.
