This has to be the worst Kal Tire location!!!! Poor customer service to say the least and attitude from staff. THE LAST PLACE I WOULD EVER RECCOMEND!

Yesterday I took my daughter's car in as one tire was leaking. She bought all weather tires several years ago from Kal Tire Oliver branch. They fixed the leaky tire with no charge. They are friendly, professional and do good work. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at the Kal Tire branch in 100 Miles. I made an appointment for a wheel bearing service at 12:30 PM on October 12th, which I confirmed over the phone ten days in advance and again the day before my appointment. I traveled two hours to get there. When I arrived, the staff seemed confused and tried to bluff me by saying that they couldn’t find my name on the list which in the end turned out that the parts hadn’t been delivered, and I was never notified about this. Male Kaltire employee using women's public washroom at Kaltire Tecumseh. As a customer for over 10 years I was always satisfied with the work they did on my cars until last week when this male employee boldly defended himself to use Kaltire's women's washroom, even though the men's washroom was unoccupied. Whatever this man thinks he needs to do, he should do it in private but not in a public entity. This is the only reason I have to give only 1 star. Beside of this incident, I am happy with Kaltire's service !
