Corey and the team at Kal Tire Princeton truly went above and beyond to get us back on the road. This past Labour Day weekend, we were stranded on our way home to the coast when the hub broke on our Dodge heavy-duty truck. The extra effort and care they put into sourcing parts, and fixing our vehicle during a holiday weekend was incredible. We cannot thank them enough for getting us and our new horse home safely! I hit a bungee cord on the highway that wrapped around and broke the sway bar linkage on my car. I showed up at Kal Tire without an appointment to have the resulting noise checked. The team was highly professional, diagnosed the issue immediately, and got me back on the road very quickly. Excellent and efficient service.
Came by when our vehicle had a check light to go and scan the vehicle to see what was wrong. We had recently had an oil change and my husband found something was loose prior to going in, but after fixed that the check light still hadn't turned off. The woman we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly get us back on the road. Can't recall her name, but thanks
Brought my car in because it was having issues while I was out camping ....and I wanted the battery checked since I had gotten one from lordco...they said my battery was ok and assured me it was something else..meanwhile my battery was leaking acid and I had issues starting my car...Will never go there or any kal tire location again. Half ass job...
