Thank you to the person who thoroughly checked a tire, put air in it etc on the Kia Rio 5, on my way back to Dawson Creek. That is so very kind of you and no charge. You do not see that often today.

I had a terrible experience at Kal Tire. The customer service was extremely disappointing—staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and honestly a bit rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. The wait time was way longer than what they told me, and there was zero communication or updates. On top of that, the work didn’t feel thorough, and I left with less confidence in my vehicle than when I came in. For the prices they charge, I expected much better professionalism and service. Bad experience. The final cost was nowhere near the original estimate—they charged me about three times more. I felt taken advantage of since I had no choice at the time. The repair also took weeks, and the labour charges were extremely high compared to the cost of the parts.
