Bad experience. The final cost was nowhere near the original estimate—they charged me about three times more. I felt taken advantage of since I had no choice at the time. The repair also took weeks, and the labour charges were extremely high compared to the cost of the parts.

I had a terrible experience at Kal Tire. The customer service was extremely disappointing—staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and honestly a bit rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. The wait time was way longer than what they told me, and there was zero communication or updates. On top of that, the work didn’t feel thorough, and I left with less confidence in my vehicle than when I came in. For the prices they charge, I expected much better professionalism and service. Zero stars if that were an option. I went in for a tire axle issue and was clearly quoted $500. I was told upfront that the required part would take two weeks to arrive. I drove all the way from Surrey, only to be hit with a final bill of $1300. They added $800 for just two hours of labor, which was never explained or approved. This is nothing but a bait-and-switch. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. This place wastes your time and money. Do not go here.
