I had a shredded tire on my motorhome. I called all over and the manager here came through for me BIG TIME! I would come back here even if I had to drive 100 miles. As it was, I had to drive 100km/60 miles from Tumbler Ridge.
This place used to be absolutely awesome to deal with. However, for whatever reasons they have gone through major staff changes and it has gone down exponentially. I have dealt with a few kal Tire locations and every one of them has proven to be going downhill more and more. I will say the Dawson Creek location has set a true standard for what Kal Tire used to be. I will not be dealing with Kal Tire anymore in Chetwynd unless it is an absolute Last Resort. Not impressed
