Customer Service is good but haven't received items yet since my last visit. Been weeks waiting for a tire to Nissan SUV. Should not be this hard to order a tire from a corporate store.
Gurpreet got me in last minute and changed tires in less than half/hour (tires were already off the vehicle) Highly recommend coming here.
I travel for work got a flat on a Sunday. They were very busy and squeezed me in. I am not local and bought my tires at Costco. Despite this they allowed me to keep working. If I was a local I would definaltly support them for sure. Lesson is most small towns have a Kal tire. I will be buying from them.
