Brought in a 50yo motorhome for just a safety, and turned into a $5500 bill, 7month wait, false safety due to STILL non working tail light, fabricated exhaust covered in rust, charged 3x going rate for parts, and electrical system shutting off while driving .. THEN, after dealing with corporate customer support and agreeing to partial refund and take elsewhere, I show up to find my motorhome left with door wide open, after hours, battery compartment wide open, and the damned keys sitting on the dash .. NEVER AGAIN!!
Twice I’ve been in there and twice they wouldn’t honour my request. Never again.
Customer service is top notch . Very professional and kept me up dated at all times . I recommend anyone to go to Kal Tire .
Great staff and great advice on tires at the Osgood, ontario location. They helped me choose the best tires for the purpose i need. great device to install and balance your tires. I will go there from now on to get my tires for sure. Thumbs up to the fantastic team at Kal Tire Osgood.
