On a very rainy Saturday afternoon, I pulled into Kal Tire, Vegreville with a leaky rear tire on my custom Harley Davidson trike. Joel, the customer service rep, told me they weren’t licensed to work on motorcycles. I told him that the rear tires on my trike were tube type car tires on standard car rims. He still flatly refused to even look at the tire or the trike to see if the work could be safely done. Kal Tire in Vegreville gets a solid 5 stars from us!! We were pulling our camper from Saskatchewan to northern Alberta and one of the camper tires almost blew out because of tread separation. We decided to stop for a new tire to replace the bad tire, but ended up replacing all 4 tires for safety. Without an appointment, Cody and his team looked after us as soon as we drove on the lot, and worked quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road. As an added bonus, the washrooms are nice and clean!
By virtue of where they are located, this location has have helped me get a number of retorques done on my semi over the years. Always nice people to chat with and great service!
