I went to the Merritt, BC location. One of the technicians, Taylor, recommended it. I'd never been to a Kal Tire before. I'd always gone to Fountain Tire. I had to have a wheel alignment done in a hurry, because my family was going on a road trip. They fit me in and hot it done. I'd never thought to go to a Tire place for an alignment but they do other things than tires! So now my family is safe on the road! Thanks Taylor! Thanks Kal Tire!
Jordan was very helpful, the service was very efficient, and they were not pushing me to get extras which was very nice for a change. I will definitely be going back!!!
Had an emergency visit and even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, the shop was great to help me track it down at another Kal Tire and got it on my truck the same day. I couldn't be happier with their service.
Incredible service!! Jordan is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the issue within a minute of looking at my car. I was driving from Kelowna to Vancouver and noticed something off with my car. I pulled in right as they were about to close on a Saturday, Jordan went above and beyond to look at my car and fix the issue and make my car safe to continue driving.
