I was on my way to the coast from Kelowna when I heard a strange flapping noise coming from the front of my car. Pulled off the Hwy in Merritt and saw the Kal Tire shop was open. I spoke to a very friendly gentleman who told me the plastic under carriage guard had fallen down and told me it was an easy fix. Turns out, there was no way to reattach it, but they could remove it for now and I could replace it once I got back home. Thanks to Jordan! Our check brake fluid light came on coming into Merrit and he quickly explained what was going on and what we needed to do.
I came off the Coq with a flat and pulled into the workshop. They fitted me right in and showed care and concern for me. I was extremely pleased with the service of all the staff especially Jordan. He explained to me carefully about the problem I was facing with my rim and what to do.. thank you so much Jordan. I appreciate you.

Honest review. They were rude in the phone when I called to see if they could handle our situation. They were rude when I called to make an appountment. They were ignorant when we arrived and were extremely rude when we tried to explain tge situation then they said they don't have a curve extention for the tire valve when semis were sitting right there getting theirs repaired. Worst experience for Kaltire. Suxh a shame this companies customer service has tanked. Edmonton NW was another poor showing. Very sad!
