The staff at KAL on Dundas St in London are excellent. Quality workmanship, great communication, competitive pricing and an overall favourable environment. I’ve serviced both my vehicle there, and will definitely continue to do so.
I have been using this location for about 4 years. Unfortunately I not return, the gentleman at the front desk has no interest in assisting with the issues at hand and seems to only be interested in selling what you don't need. I recently had my winter tires removed and summers installed. When the work was completed my car developed a squeak in the front end and I just wanted to get it looked at but the man at the desk kept trying to sell me new tires and brakes.
