Took my truck in to get wheel alignment after replacement of upper ball joints at another shop. Kal Tire told me that I needed lower ball joints. I took it to someone else to get second opinion and turns out Kal Tire was wrong! It's bad enough that it's limited here for mechanic shops to get work done. Hard to find reliability and honest people in this town. Always get a second opinion no matter where you go. This particular Kal Tire has now lost any chance of having me as a customer and anyone I know, DONE!
Every time I need to change tires, they always do a great job. Yesterday I had a flat tire due to a nail puncture and they were able to fix it even though I went there without an appointment. Thanks Kal Tire!
Todd and the guys made time for my wife's car at the end of the day with an emergency flat repair and was able to keep our family vehicle moving without having to find another vehicle to get the kids to school / daycare. Thanks so much team, means alot!
