Lack of customer service skills, an employee was vaping on the grounds, will not return to this location.
This place truly deserves five star rating! Customer service lady Sam was very friendly and helpful. She saved me $380 by calling my dealership to find out if my tire was still under warranty and it turned out it was. Thank you Sam and Kal Tire crew for all your help!!!
Worst experience I've ever had with a tire shop
Came in 15 min before my apointment to sort out using my financing card my truck didn't go in for another hour im now an hour over what i was told it would take to change tires no apology no acknowledgement of the waste of my time waiting for 2 hours to get my tires done is un acceptable
