Came off the mountain from work called an said I have 1 lug nut that won't come off and 2 studs sheared off. He said no promises but I arrived truck was on a lift right away. And on a new 2025 bighorn cummins all the studs needed to be replaced. Dodge said it would be 1 month out for parts ordered. . . .. Cole kept trying and calling everywhere in Prince George and found a cross matched product number for the studs I needed for my truck. Shout out to this kal, I spent years using a specific Kal on the west coast, was told I needed some parts replaced by the west coast kal before I could get an alignment, sent it into this one and they called me to tell me it was all good nothing wrong. I appreciate an honest establishment they could have just put the parts I supplied in and charged me but called me to let me know it wasn't necessary and did the alignment that wasn't done by the previous place. I'll be taking my business here from now on without a doubt.
The folks working there had a very positive and helpful attitude.
Awesome shop tbey are very accommodating, took my truck to them for a wheel bearing, they squeezed me in so i couldstill go camping Thursday morning
