Great place to get tires from and or fixed professional staff on hand to help with your needs
Had an appointment aug 23rd while it was very quick to get booked in and they completed my tire change over quite quick I was surprised to notice today that the valve stems were never changed normally I wouldn’t have much of an issue with this but the valve stems are in quite poor condition. this is a service every tire shop I’ve ever been to (and also worked at) has done without request. considering how much more expensive this service was compared to local competitors I don’t feel like this should have been missed.
Terrible customer service. Felt more like a burden. Showed up just as they opened as we were there from out of town and had a flat tire the night before. The serviceman treated us with disregard and we never felt like our business mattered. We went to another tire shop for a second opinion and gladly gave them our business.
Went there to get a tire balance they wouldn’t do it due to weather wear which isn’t bad at all only thing they said they did was a tire rotation I took my vehicle else wear to find out they did not in fact rotate my tires but charged me for that so DONT GO HERE
