I got a flat tire while doing a geochemical survey in the babine lake area when I got a flat tire. I carry a full size spare, but I had a geo driving thru PG so I called to see about getting another full size spare on rims. Unfortunately my tire size is, well different, for my off road truck so Unfortunately I had no luck to have one ready today. Had a flat tire on my vehicle, brought it in first thing in the morning called a few hours later and they said there was nothing they could do, they never even took it off the rim. Not impressed with the level or lack of customer service. Find out later that Fountain Tire is the place to go, it’s all fixed and good to go
Complete Waste of Time and Extremely Rude Behavior I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 PM for a wheel alignment and tire check. I dropped off my car at Kal Tire and waited for their call. At 3:05 PM. (two and a half hours later.) they called me, but I was on a call with my bank and missed it. (In today’s world of technology, leaving a voicemail should be the bare minimum, but they didn’t even bother.)
