Recommended parts being replaced which were just replaced and are totally fine, did the same thing a few years ago as also trying the same thing with my elderly mother a few weeks ago saying she needed new brakes when another mechanic at another shop confirmed that she absolutely did not. Total rip off wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with spending their hard earned money here. Hours of operation are the only bright spot on this joke of a shop.
I've gone to this Kal tire location several times for tire changes. Today I called to try and book in for tire change plus oil change and break inspection and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I appreciate it's busy season but that's unacceptable. I have stood in line at Kal tire on extremely busy days during peak season and there were always multiple people working the front desks. I guess they forgot me! I will take my business to a company that doesn't forget their customers on hold.
This was the worst tire service experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and when I finally came in, I left my car and waited almost an hour before they called me back — only to say they hadn’t even received my tires yet. On top of that, they tried to sell me a more expensive set of tires, insisting that my original order wasn’t available. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
Big shout out to Kyle Sanguin and his team, amazing service got me in and out in a great time, price was very competitive would highly recommend
