We were just starting out on our way to Newfoundland. About 31/2 hrs down the road my husband smelled something funny and thought it might be the rear end. We called KalTire in Provost Ab and not only did they take us right in the shop (Friday the long weekend in May) but checked us over and sent us merrily on our way. It is rare in this day and age to find people who are so kind And caring. We will hold a special place in our hearts for you.
Stopped by at lunch time with an inside flat dual. Boys did their best to get me on the road again quickly. Friendly staff, even on a Miserable Alberta spring day in the driving rain.
Recently had a slow leak, stopped in, staff were amazing, repair was relatively cheap. Great guys! Jon and Dean were very professional and personable! Jason and Ty knew what they were doing. Quick and efficient!
Was passing through town yesterday & these guys totally saved me after I got myself into a disappointing situation with my car. Even though they were busy, they took a look at my car for me right away, got the part ordered for me, and gave me a loaner vehicle so I can still make the wedding this weekend, and they’re letting me use it until I pass back through on my way home.
