Had my truck in for a mount and balance on November 4th. Told them I had a family emergency and was needing to hit the road right away. During the mount and balance an employee came out to get me to show me some already existing damage on the truck regarding my upper control arm. I was thankful they noticed and made me aware of the broken part so I could have it fixed before taking my trip.
