What a horrible experience I had yesterday being forced to pay for a service that I never received. I was told they couldn't do my requested wheel alignment because I needed some parts apparently? But I still had to pay for it because they had put it up on the hoist. Are you kidding me? Had they of told me that we may not be able to do your wheel alignment for whatever reason and if not, you're going to have to pay for it anyway, I would not have have okayed that. Never again. Don't waste your valuable time making an appointment here, as they don't have any clue what the word means. Arrived early, took forever to start paperwork, after about 15 mins I'm informed it's going to be another 90min. This is now a corporate store as Terry retired, had not done a pile of business with him but was happy with the service each time. Only went because the tires I wanted were exclusive to Kal Tire. Got us an appointment for the next day on a seasonal tire change, which was great. Then it took them 4.5 hours to do, when they said it would only take 45 minutes. Got there at 11am, left at 3:30pm. I understand if you're swamped, but give a time to come back, don't leave your customers stranded without their vehicle for hours.
Booked in over a week in advance for tires and rims. Appt at 3:00 and two HOURS later the vehicle still has not been touched. The staff even complained about their own manager and how he grossly overbooked clients. Not only did my vehicle sit there for 2 hours... NO WORK WAS COMPLETED bcause they *forgot* the tire sensors. Time is money and I dont have a lot of either to waste on incompetency. Normally I've had good service but management dropped the ball big time here. Not impressed.
