What a horrible experience I had yesterday being forced to pay for a service that I never received. I was told they couldn't do my requested wheel alignment because I needed some parts apparently? But I still had to pay for it because they had put it up on the hoist. Are you kidding me? Had they of told me that we may not be able to do your wheel alignment for whatever reason and if not, you're going to have to pay for it anyway, I would not have have okayed that. Never again. Don't waste your valuable time making an appointment here, as they don't have any clue what the word means. Arrived early, took forever to start paperwork, after about 15 mins I'm informed it's going to be another 90min. This is now a corporate store as Terry retired, had not done a pile of business with him but was happy with the service each time. Only went because the tires I wanted were exclusive to Kal Tire.
