Dropped my car off late at night after picking up a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I knew it would be flat in the morning, so I dropped the car off at their parking lot and used the key drop. They called me at 10am the next morning, car was ready to go. No charge thanks to the Kal Tire customer protection plan. I highly recommend buying your next set of tires from Kal Tire!
Worst kaltire I’ve been to. I purchased my tires in maple ridge and went to kaltire because of the stellar customer service and warranty. When I showed up yesterday afternoon with a tire that was deflating, they offered to get me in at 3pm which was appreciated. I got a call that the vehicle was ready and had to ask what was repaired and why. Found out there was a screw in my tire. Thankfully I was on my way. September 24/2025 Had an appointment to switch my tires from summer to winter and I had in storage and use to go to boundary location hard to book and this is so close to home. Had the service done by Shamra who switched my tires very nice talking with him smiled too . While having chat with him and paying got the manager Ramon Daos who joined in the conversation another very bubbly person when made a few inquiries.
