Beyond impressed!! Flat tire; emergency scenario. Orig. phone call (out-of-store) rep mentioned they had my needed tire, & it would likely involve buying a set of 4 ($1,400+). I thought here we go, held my breath & went anyways. BUT, upon arrival, the sales clerk said "let's take a look first". Followed by, "let's see if we can save you some money today". What??? Feeling absolutely inclined to write a positive review out of gratitude for being so delighted as a customer. I needed my tire fixed: a simple, standard task car-owners have to deal with sometimes.
