Wishing I had the same experience as the rest of you,, but unfortunately I called October 16 to place an order for tires, they were supposed to be in the fallowing Monday and to have my tires installed that Thursday,, but I guess after giving my name then the company name I got pushed back, talked to a couple different guy’s and well again unfortunately they’re change of attitude when they saw the name it was different and they randomly said it was nothing personal?? People at Kal Tire shop were very understanding and helpful in a case of damage under warranty. Better than any other shop
