Awesome service! Craig was extremely helpful in my search for winter tires and rims for my new vehicle. I decided to come back here after having a previous great experience replacing my other vehicle’s tires this past summer. Craig and his team were extremely professional throughout the whole process and were a very helpful and honest about which tires and rims would be best for my vehicle.

Went in for an oil change and to help get one of my lug nuts on as it wasnt going on properly. I reminded them twice. I got home and it was still half way on. Also one of the staff yelled at me as I was leaving in my car for not going the right way. It was blocked but I had no idea. Very rude. Piccadilly location. Will not be going back.
The dealership said that my front brakes needed replacing on my car but it didn’t feel right given the age and Kms on the car. We decided to get a second opinion with Kal Tire when I swapped my snow tires. They showed all the data and photos that said the brakes were only in need of a service. Saved us around $800+. The staff is great. The service is fast and the online booking is really convenient. Highly recommend this group.
