There was a small "incident" happened on my new rims after the tire change, so I went back to see if they can fix it. After the check-up, Craig called on the same day and offered me brand-new rims replacement without any hesitation, which is totally beyond my expectation! Already got new set of rims on today. Very efficient! Great customer service! Great management! Thank you so much Craig!

I went to Kal Tire for an oil change. They are super. They are very courteous and helpful. Even the coffee is good. They were very quick - I was in & out in no time at all. Everytime I went to a dealership I lost my sunglasses or something from the glove box. But not this place, here they are honest! I love Kal Tire
