Bought new tires through Kal tire & got them installed here. Service was great, everyone was friendly and efficient. I had added a service for wheel alignment as well but they checked & it turns out I didn’t need it. I appreciate the honesty as some places tend to up charge regardless. It took less than an hour and the prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this location!
Quick and kind service. Bolt on my tire got stripped, so I brought it in to get taken off. They fixed it quickly and even checked the pressure of the other tires. 10/10 recommend.
I started my experience of buying new tires for my older corvette at a different location than Edgewater. After receiving the tires I was told they couldn’t put my car on the lift they had. I took my car home and took them off myself. I left them there and it was downhill from there. I called in due to a minor tire puncture, and within 20 minutes I was at Kal Tire watching Rami and his team remove the tire and patch up the puncture in less than half an hour. This level of customer service you do not see often; it is truly rare. If you want rim and tire repairs to be made quick and easy for you for an honest price, this place comes nothing short of exceptional. I will absolutely be back.
Excellent customer service! Had new tires put on 2 and a half months ago and developed an issue with a slow loss of PSI in two tires. I called and got a SAME DAY appointment, the fix took under an hour, and it was completely free under the customer guarantee! 10/10 wholeheartedly recommend - thank you Kal-tire 💯
