my first time there for wheel balancing, i had a wonderful experience, friendly staff, timely service and no overcharging, etc.
They made me wait an extra 2 hrs when I made an appointment for 2pm. I was a simple tire swap and balancing. Staff was rude and focused more on their gossip then work. I noticed the steering was not straight. When I took my vehicle in for service at my dealership I had to get my tires rebalanced because it wasn’t don’t correctly. Over all this is becoming more common. Always pay extra for good service.
We had a fantastic experience at Kal Tire in Milton this week! After damaging the sidewall of one of our stock tires, the team put in a rush order and had a full set of new tires ready for installation the very next day. They squeezed us in just before the weekend for a full tire swap and alignment—truly saving our weekend! From start to finish, the service was outstanding.
