Called them on a whim after finding a bolt in my tire as I needed to head out in a few hours for a couple hour drive and they told me to come on in, Brought my truck in was there for maybe an hour and was out with a fixed tire. Can’t thank them enough their Customer Service is definitely a 10 out of 10
Very bad experience with these guys. Tires were staggered but they didn’t check tire size tires before putting them. Management didn’t acknowledged or apologized for their mistake. I had to make 2 trips to the store. Fake 4.6 stars
I’ve been bringing my car here for over 10 years and couldn’t recommend them more. As a woman, getting car service can sometimes feel intimidating, but the team here is always welcoming, respectful, and patient. They take the time to clearly explain what’s needed, answer all my questions, and provide honest advice without any pressure. I’ve always felt comfortable and confident that I’m not being taken advantage of.
