My friend went in yesterday and what is extremely concerning that a company can charge for services that are not performed and only admit to it when confronted by the customer. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this location and raises serious questions about their business practices. I hope Kal Tire seriously reviews how they handle both billing accuracy and customer service, because this is not how you treat paying customers.
had a very disappointing experience at Kal Tire Milton. I went in to have my tires swapped and also paid for a wheel alignment. After the service was completed, I specifically asked the front desk if the alignment was done. Only then did they inform me that it was not performed — despite charging me for it. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Charging a customer for a service that was knowingly not provided is not just poor service — it feels deceptive and dishonest.
