Everytime I go to Kal tire milton location i receive great friendly customer service. I had an oil change and tire work done. The gentlemen always explain things in detail about what I should do and what to look out for. Mark is above great customer service, he is an exceptional gentleman i love walking through those doors and seeing his face because I know if I'm having a rough day by the time I leave I will feel better. My car brakes were making screeching sound. I thought that I may to spend more than $ 1,000 to get them changed from the dealership. Before going to the dealership, I thought of getting it evaluated by Kaltire Milton who offer FREE Brake Inspection service. After inspection, they shared the report which showed that all my brake pads and discs are in fine shape, the problem is from brake calipers which, if serviced, will solve the problem. A Truly Exceptional Experience at Kal Tire Milton — Thank You, Mark! My wife and I were on our way to Stratford this morning with two good friends when, just as we approached Milton, I received a warning on my dashboard indicating a “sudden pressure loss” in one of my tires. Came in for a minor tire leak caused by a piece of wood scrap wedged between the tire and rim. They took my car in immediately, fixed the leak, and checked the tire pressure on all four tires, adjusting them as needed. They also found and removed a nail from one of the tires and replaced a bulb in one of my rear lights all free of charge!
