Got my seasonal tire swap done with these guys last year and got a punctured tire replaced today for my moms car. Excellent service each time with minimal wait times. They set me up with a replacement tire same day and installed it for a reasonable price.Convenient to set up appointments, quick, and great service.
My experience at this Kal Tire location was unacceptable from start to finish, and I will be escalating this matter to both Kal Tire Head Office and Nokian Tyres North America. I booked a 5:30 pm appointment online and arrived early, exactly as instructed. Despite that, my vehicle wasn’t brought into the bay until 45 minutes past my scheduled time. I came into Kal Tire in Milton just a few hours before their Christmas break with a flat tire, and Lee went out of his way to make room to help me. I was treated with respect from start to finish, and Lee clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done. The repair was completed quickly, and I really appreciated receiving a text notification when my car was ready—such a great added touch to the service. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend this location.
