Both the website and the hours on the door of the shop state open until 6. My partner left work early yesterday evening to pick up our vehicle as we were told paying over the phone wasn’t an option- he arrived at 520pm.The worker was locking the door and told him it was too late to retrieve our vehicle. He was extremely rude and arrogant. The worker then proceeded to sit in his truck on his cellphone, presumably until closing at 6. Quick service and Paul was very accommodating and suggestions were on point
Driving from Abbotsford to Edmonton. Our tires were making a rubbing sound. Made us anxious so we stopped in at Kal Tire. When we asked how long it would take to “just take a look”. We were told 90 minute’s. We looked at each other and said well, we can’t really hear it any more. The guy at receiving said I’ll just put it on the hoist and look!! He said it looked all good! We were so grateful and reassured. My only regret is we didn’t get his name. Great customer service. That why we will remain customers for life!
