I appreciate the service I received. I am happy with the tires I bought however I think its deceptive when they claim that part of their customer care package is to 'check' the alignment. If the alignment is off, they charge full price to fix it. 'Checking' the alignment is sort of like offering to 'check' your fuel gauge to see if you need fuel but not doing anything to help.
Had an appointment at Kal Tire Wetaskiwin for a tyre swap and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and took the car in right away with no waiting at all. The car was ready quickly, and my winter tyres were neatly wrapped in plastic. Highly recommend these guys.
