Was visiting from Calgary and had a tire change appointment for my Nissan Altima at 5pm yesterday. Until the tires were changed it was all good, however, as I left the parking lot, I heard something constantly hitting the front tires. So I went back in and they had almost closed. The kids there said they can’t do anything about but I had to drive back to Calgary in that unsafe condition with improperly balanced tires. Had to drop in because car sensor was indicating low pressure. The staff took the car in and promptly inspected and figured out my issue and I was back on the road. Thank you.
The tire warranty saved me from paying for getting a busted tire fixed, the fix itself was quick and the guy who helped me to switch out the spare with the fixed tire was a real pro.
You guys are awesome. Always very helpful and honest and I appreciate you very much.
