Proven Negligence, Mechanical Hazards, and Manager Retaliation I have been a loyal Kal Tire customer since 2023, but the Leamington branch severely compromised my BMW’s safety. After a tire swap, my car felt unstable. I called twice, but staff dismissed it as an "air pressure issue." They missed an extreme misalignment on my old tires, bolted new rubber onto a compromised suspension, and ruined my new tires in eight weeks. I usually don't write review but I didn't appreciate the experience. Just stay away from this location if you have any other option. They don't act in good faith. Purchased 4 new tires at over $380 per tire. The guy waited for me to ask him to put the tires he removed back in the truck. Still good tires for the winter. Forgot to mention the manufacturer rebate available. Got an invoice that is not acceptable for the manufacturer rebate, rejected by Michelin. Selected the location because of the good reviews.
