For me they were honest, no shenanigans, didn't damage my vehicle(like others in the area) and sold me what they said they would. So far so good. Update: Just got a second set of tires they sold me and multiple times they have balanced my tires and just checked the torque on the lug nuts. Not only did they not damage anything, they properly torqued the lug nuts every time now. Not going anywhere else.
