Pulled in with a quick 5 minute flat repair. No one in the shop but they were waiting on an appointment. They would not help us. Avoid this place like the plague. No ethics or common sense are present at this location.
Great service where ever Kal tire is.
Called on a Sunday night for emergency road side tire change only to be informed they do not help anyone that is not in a commercial vehicle, it was -25 out and dark, but luckily another wonderful tire company came and helped us otherwise Kal tire will just let a person sit on the road side stranded. Absolutely ridiculous that they will not help a person in a personal vehicle.
On a road trip and they fit us in last minute and helped us in record time! We really appreciated their flexibility and speed!
Excellent customer service. Thank you for your knowledge and help. Definitely 5 stars for my experience with you!
