Very slow, poor customer service. We are traveling and have appointments to make. Called at 9 AM and asked about fixing a flat and if it wasn't fixable, could we purchase a new tire. The new tire wouldn't be available until Monday. We called Red Deer Kal tire, they could get that same tire for 3:30 pm from Calgary. Innisfail is closer to Calgary than Red Deer. We went into Innisfail at 11:30 AM with a request that they look at our flat tire. They wouldn't look at it until 3:30 because everyone was going to lunch. We drove fo... read more
