I called for put the tires on my car the girl at front first said bring it we will do it now then disconnect my call and call back again say we can’t do it. It is ridiculous service
I had an appointment at Kal Tire for 11:00am to have my winter tires installed. Despite arriving on time, they didn’t begin working on my vehicle until 12:00pm. After that, I still had to wait an additional hour while they changed the tires—something that should never take that long. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I would not recommend this location and suggest going elsewhere for more reliable and timely service.
I’ve been a 20+ year customer of Kal Tire.We started going there for their flat repair policy and stayed because of the friendly , knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Product is great service no so great! I went in to get new tires should have been no more the an hour and a half took three and a half hours. When I went in to drop off my car the girl behind the desk was kinda rude I came in said I was dropping my car off and she said I need your keys I handed her my keys and she started doing something else looked up and stared at me so I said I figured you’d need my name and gave it to her. If I could do negative stars I would. First I had an appointment at 6pm. They didn't have my car in the shop for repair until 730pm. I didn't leave till closer to 830pm. They called me in around 730 because I wanted my smaller winter tires, barely smaller than my normal size, but the tech said he wasn't going to be responsible for any issues that occur after the fact. I agreed and he changed my 2 front tires for me. Once I got in my car to leave, my driver tire was at 37psi. And my passenger tire was at 75psi!!!!!! He didn't... read more
