We went in for a break inspection, oil change and tire rotation. We spoke with a rep named Gill, in the beginning he was very pleasant to speak with. I was told that our vehicle need to get the brakes replaced and so we were happy because there was no other vehicles around and we thought they will be able to get it done and focused on our vehicle. Kaltire isn’t a joke it’s a disgrace… This is the LAST place you want to take your vehicle for a mechanical inspection. They’ll give you a list of the all the parts they think you need no guarantees and with no diagnoses or explanation and when you purchase every part on that list and have replaced they are so careless to make sure everything is there on the quote sheet from Kaltire and they won’t make sure the same tech that did the original inspection re-inspects it to make sure everything is there they required for repair... read more
I recently had an incredible experience at Kal Tire and felt it was worth sharing. My brakes were completely worn down — literally down to the last bit of rubber — and they handled the replacement with great care and professionalism. Went in a week ago and stated that my rear passenger tire wasn't holding air and the front passenger had a bulge. I asked if they could change the front and repair the back if possible as well as do an alignment. I get a call saying they are unrepairable, tell them to put 2 new ones on. Go to Pick up my car and my alignment was still off. I go in and ask why they didn't do it. He said that's a seperate service so I have to wait.
