Dropped by on my way out of town to see if they could fix a slow leak in one of my tires before I left (not critical). They said they had time in 30 minutes and booked me an appointment for that time. Convenient, decent staff, good mechanics. They went above and beyond for me after a simple mistake, although could've been catastrophic for my AWD system. Wrong tire was installed, all continentals on my vehicle, and for whatever reason, someone decided to install a single michelin while the work order was clearly a continental extremecontact dws06. Brought my truck in for tire rotation. Got a call saying it was ready to be picked up and to call them. I called and was, again, told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, I was told I need to tires ASAP. Due to it being a Friday, tires wouldn’t be available until Monday. With me doing lots of travel for work, I took my vehicle to a different store to get new tires put on. Instead of them being a 3/32 like I was told by Kal tire, the one was a 1/32.
