"Absolutely terrible customer service! I’ve been waiting *forever* for a simple tire and rim replacement. The lack of communication is infuriating. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my frustration, the front desk guy was incredibly rude and defensive. I’ve always been a loyal customer, but this experience has completely soured my opinion of this place. Avoid at all costs!"
