Great customer service.
Awesome place, awesome service. Thought I needed a wheel alignment, I took it to Kal Tire. They told me my car was good, didn't need alignment. They didn't try to do a repair, that didn't need doing. I find that very honest. They didn't charge me to look at the car. I will go back there when I'm in need of one of the services they offer.
Worst experience yet. Once they quote a price and you decide on their product, the manager thinks he can treat you like crap. Disrespectful and rude as hell. Look, if you’re stuck on this place, try going to PoCo.

Good value, good advice, staff were friendly and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Car was ready when they said it would be, and I got an added bonus of a BCAA member discount. I recommend.
