The stem in my tire came out, so I gave them a call and a very nice gentleman Cam picked up. He was very kind and told me they could fix the stem as soon as I brought the tire in on the same day! Also amazing customer service :) I’ve always gone here for tire changed, new tires, etc. They always do an amazing job! 😊

I drove into Kal tire without an appointment towards the end of the day with a flat tire in absolute desperation as my car was not drive-able. Curtis took my car to the shop right away and ask me to sit in the office while they inspected. Within 15 min, my tire was repaired, and I was good to go. Curtis took a huge stress away. I went home with a big smile! I highly recommend them. Great service, very knowledge, great prices!!!!
Booked my truck in for a wheel alignment. Was told they couldn’t do it because it needed a tierod end and lower ball joints. They than said they can’t just remove the lower ball joints and had to replace the whole lower control arms and it would be 2600.00. Went to another shop for a second opinion and was told the front end is fine and they’d do the alignment next weekend. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Had a tire issue with vibration at low speed and took it into Kaltire where Tip explained the options available such as dismount/mount and balance and even offered to help me with Michelin to get a couple of the tires (new) warrantied since they seem out of spec. But it didn’t proceed further than our conversation. Even though we mounted and dismounted the tires and performed an alignment - all of which I paid for - in the end nothing changed and he declined to proceed with helping me with the warranty.
