Absolutely exceptional experience with the representative of this branch - Ravneet !! I came in yesterday with a vehicle nobody wanted to touch. I called literally everywhere as I had a flat tire. I had to listen to bunch of people trying to explain me how I really have to tow my vehicle into a specialized shop. Nobody would help me. Fountain Tire, nearby car dealerships, any service I called that was not too far...you name it.. maybe 8 or 9 shops.... same answer = Can't do it! Or as I call it... In a world where everyone is trying to nickel and dime you for everything, it's so refreshing to have a business that doesn't. Went to them with a flat tire, and they were able to fix it on the house because it was something super minor that apparently I was too dumb to fix myself. This is how you get and retain customers.
