I’m always impressed with the level of integrity and service from the staff at Kal Tire. Manager Phil is the magic sauce of this location and goes above and beyond what would ever be expected. I’m definitely returning to this location for all my tire and brake needs.
Everytime we have an emergency Kal Tire steps up and has us on our way in no time. Amazing customer service at the Vernon stores and the store on highway 97 in Kelowna today was no different. Changed 3 tires out on our boat trailer in an hour. Very highly recommend them
They fit me Into their schedule short notice and we’re extremely helpful and efficient. I was really happy with the service.
We had to get a tire fixed as we had a nail in one of them and we called in to Kal Tire on Hwy 97 and my saw Zack, who was very professional and polite. He told us go for coffee and it will be ready in 30 minutes and it was, just the service you like to see and get. Very professional, we will be back next year for our set of new tires. Went for an alignment at the start of may shortly after (maybe a week) saw my mechanic who told me my rear tires we’re leaning inwards because of a bent knuckle and I needed to get adjustable control arms to get my tires back into spec and told me kal tire wouldn’t have even been able to properly align my tires but they did it anyways and still charged me also they told me when I asked what was leaking on my car that it was oil when in fact was my steering rack
