Amazing customer service. I sat in the shop while they did my seasonal changeover and the staff who run the front desk are in another class. Garret was out here remembering customers he had met once, fixing lawn more tires. Big respect to the culture this shop has created. I'll be back
I am writing to express great dissatisfaction and regret with the service I received for which I thought would be a routine procedure for my wheels and tires. After hiring Kal Tire to simply install new tire pressure monitor sensors in my wheels, I now have damaged wheels and a TPMS system that still does not work.
