I went in for warranty work, and the guy told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour, so I decided to wait inside. After about an hour, I checked to see if my car was ready, but apparently, they had not even started working on it yet. Even after they finally started, the person working on my car kept switching between my car and other vehicles. It ended up taking another full hour. Meanwhile, no one notified me about the delay or gave me any updates. Such poor service. Maybe it was a warranty job? Just can't understand still... read more
