2025 Edit. New shop manager is useless. That man clearly doesn't know how to do his job, or legit doesn't care at all. When you book your vehicle in to be repaired it would be super awesome if someone told the Mechanic or even bothered to put the appointment in their system. When you show up and your appointment isn't in the system and the parts needed haven't been ordered it's a real piss off to both the customer and the Mechanic. This shop has gone way down hill fast. Been here both times when my car had issues; they generously fit me in at for same day assessments and were able to troubleshoot issues missed by other mechanics. Staff are kind, professional. Shoutout to Rob and Rain!
