Changing summer tires to winter already on rims…way too expensive. !
This tire shop has never impressed me. They almost always find something to gripe about and are not friendly. Last time I went in there to get a quote was the driest experience I’ve had. The man barely did what I wanted him to do and when I wanted to know more about the tires he didn’t give me any explanation other than they had the snowflake. I went and got my BFG tires at Fountain Tire for a little more money because they want to serve customers.
Thank you Geoffrey & Raine 1st time purchasing from Westlock Kal Tire! Definitely will NOT be my last! Friday Oct 3/25 went for my appt to get new all season/terrain tires installed!! Had them throw in a new battery too! I have never been treated so well in my life, the customer service was impeccable! I called around, the price here was unbeatable. 80,000km warranty, free repairs, rotation, & balancing. They also service much more than tires. Very good service
2025 Edit. New shop manager is useless. That man clearly doesn't know how to do his job, or legit doesn't care at all. When you book your vehicle in to be repaired it would be super awesome if someone told the Mechanic or even bothered to put the appointment in their system. When you show up and your appointment isn't in the system and the parts needed haven't been ordered it's a real piss off to both the customer and the Mechanic. This shop has gone way down hill fast.
