Amazing service! They didn’t charge me! I feel like I should bring them brownies or something.
Multiple employees at this location seem to be misinterpreting provincial law to the benefit of their sales. My friend took his new car in, which had brand new mud+snow (M+S) rated tires, to ask if these met provincial regulations for winter driving on roads like the Malahat. He was told that they did not and he would need new tires (3 peak mountain snowflake tires) for >$1500. Just finished getting my flat tire repaired. The entire staff especially Auwilson were extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I received 4 quotes on all weather tires and we will be back soon to get them installed. Nice to see people taking pride in their work.
They fixed my tire which is great. But they said they couldnt put it back on my car for at least a week. Which is frustrating. I had to call bcaa to get my tire back on my car.
