Excellent customer service, very kind staff.
Donavon is excellent. He is a front service desk operator, he always greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. Big props to him for his professionalism and kindness. I'm not excellent with cars, and am always skeptical. I get things explained to me, and then I do my own research before I book appointments. However, I don't think this store has ever up-charged me. These guys are the best. I can’t believe the level of customer service, incredible. They support long term customers very well. I will pay more for tires to come here and have the covered warranty and support. Keep up the good work.
