Kal Tire in Dawson Creek is excellent. Andrew and his Team there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
Wont let me sleep in my own truck while they work on the trailer. Tryd making me turn off my truck as well when it was -30 out. Short staffed as well.
Second time they've let me down. Came in one day with my valve stem leaking air like crazy they said they can't help me and I went over to Fountain Tire and they helped me within seconds and I was safely on my way. Now I asked if they do battery health tests to see if my battery is on its way out but they won't do that unless they can charge for the time and to install a new battery even though I can do it myself. That's okay though because RPM will test your battery for free if it's easily accessible. There are other shops ... read more
