Need to add that a few says ago they changed over to my winter tires...Oct 2025, I was heading out for a province to province drive...honestly their balancing of my wheels is just fantastic....had the smoothest drive...their work made a huge difference, again they know what they are doing....hats off!. Was needing new winters in a hurry but delivery couldn't manage within the time frame...these guys went the extra few steps to help out and make sure I was back on the road safely and in time...best service!!
The team here is amazing. Big thank you to Ash, the manager who was incredibly understanding and helpful, also the mechanic who took the time to adress my tire issues and got me rolling. I didn't get his name but he was very kind and professional. Customer service here in Campbell River is outstanding as well as it is in Port Alberni where I first began going to Kal-tire. Highly recommended!! Thanks again guys.
Super big rave to Kal Tire I haven't dealt with them before and they got me in to fix a flat and did it at no charge to me super big thank you I will be back for future purchases now
Great service was speedy as well fit me in their busy day to help me with broken a valve stem And was kind enough to not charge me for it I can't thank you enough will definitely recommend to my customers at work and will be back
