The team at Kal Tire Hope are fantastic. I heard a noise from my car and thought it was my front tires. Made an appointment to have them changed. The mechanic advised that I still had 8/10 on my brakes. They took the car for a drive and could not hear a noise. I trust them 100%.
Had small issue checking pressure on my motor home tire 5:30 p on a Friday Called Kal tire They said &500 & tax to come 3 km Put in a shrader valve & air up I declined Got part @ Lordco for $4 put in myself Limped to Kal Tire ask politely if they could just put air in next morning I offered to pay They said minimum 2 hour wait I was already delayed 12 hours having to sleep at truck stop Both women Infriendly & unconcerned I even showed them quote fo $4000 Of tires I was intending to buy in Kamloops next week They suggested m... read more
We found ourselves in a bad situation heading from the Okanagan to the lower mainland. This situation lead us the Kal Tire in Hope BC where we had the absolute best service. They got us in right away and with our bill being high, gave us a break. They saved us. Thank you to everyone there!
Great service.
I really want to rate them highly because when I get service they're great, above and beyond... But they also have ghosted me consistently, radio silence, when I'm waiting for a promised estimate, update or appointment booking :( Go in person and don't leave the room until you have everything you need from them.
