Mike was a great help when my car broke down, thank you Kal Tire!
I bought wheels and tires online. I called here and asked how much to get them mounted and balanced. Guy told me over the phone that because I didn't buy my tires from them that my mount and balance cost was gonna be 100.00 more than what they usually charge. They usually charge 160.00 and it was gonna be 260.00. definitely not good customer service. I've worked for tire shops before and never told my customers that.
Really nice tire shop and very nice employees that work there . We were from Edmonton returning home when our Range Rover tire was damaged on the highway. We ended up replacing all tires and the employees did such a great job and they were quick because we told them we were in a hurry and got us on the road within an hour. Great overall service by all employees working there.
