My family and I were on a holiday and had a low tire pressure warning. I had them look at it and it turned out to be a cracked rim. The owner went above and beyond to get it repair and the tire back on for me so that we could get home the next day. Would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. Great service and great people.
High praise and recommendation for this shop. We found ourselves in a unique situation, our vehicle broke down just down the street from this Kal Tire when we were passing through Sicamous on our way home to Edmonton. We limped our vehicle to this Kal Tire where they not only helped to figure out the issue, but when it turned out our vehicle was not driveable the owner let us wait inside his shop and helped us troubleshoot a plan to get us home to Edmonton (2 adults, grandma, a toddler and a baby).
