Great service everything I go there
Really impressed with Cole. We went in to get tire pressure checked. He did that and then grabbed a torque wrench to just 2x check our wheels. I appreciate that extra level of “I give a $hit about my customers and I do my job well”. Keep it up 😊

We were driving from Victoria to Calgary and had a broken wheel, and had to stop at kal tire in sicamous to be able to get it fixed. Right at opening, Steve got on the phone looking for a wheel, and was very empathetic to the time crunch we were under to return to Calgary. He was able to order one in from Kelowna and it was at the shop by 2pm that afternoon. Immediately after the delivery showed up they worked quickly to get the tire on the car as soon as possible.
