We were doing a long road trip and our car was really noisy. Burns Lake Kal Tire took us in at the last minute. They were able to diagnose the problem but didn’t have the mechanic to do the job. They were kind enough to call around and find a location on route to our destination that was able to get us in. Great team in Burns Lake, really appreciated their friendliness and helpful nature. Good stars for sure!
Mark is an awesome man! Keeps up with my tires and is covering the tire replacement I have for free under warranty due to mechanical fault thanks 1M!
