The young staff is very friendly and accommodating, the manager, however, is very curt, bordering on abrasive. This review comes after several separate interactions with him. Will be using Houston location going forward.
Mark Rogers is a Hell of guy. Logan Probst and all the staff at Kal Tire areTop notch. Mark and Kal Tire did so much for all us Southsiders over this past Horrendous Wildfire Summer of 2018, and still helping us folks! Truly A guy who cares about community. Awesome guy Mark, and his staff!
"Pre Story" I got sucked into the ditch only on the passenger side doing maybe 30km and drove out of it no problem, but I got a vibration from somewhere after. I would only get the vibration when under power and when I was just coasting it would go away. Kal Tire said to come on in and they would have a look. When I got there they didn't seem to interested in diagnosing the problem, Said it was probably just snow in the wheel well. My confidence wasn't to high with there lack of questions and trying to diagnose the problem. ... read more
Great service
I was travelling through and needed an emergency oil change. They got me in quick and were very reasonable on the price. Great Job by Rebecca on the front counter and Mark the manager.
