Very unprofessional, lazy and try not to do their job, Kal tire should do their Audit.
Took our brand new car in for a simple tire repair and got it back in worse condition than I brought it in. The wheel came back damaged in multiple places. On top of that, the entire wheel was covered in some kind of grime or residue. I tried cleaning it off myself and it’s still stuck in several spots. This is basic workmanship, and it was handled carelessly. When you trust a shop with a new vehicle, you expect at minimum that it’s returned in the same condition—not damaged and dirty. Avoid these scam artists. Took my car in to get new tires. They noticed a front shock absorber was "torn" and quoted me $1300 to replace the broken parts. When I took the car to a trusted mechanic he said there was nothing wrong with the shock, axle, or anything else. When I brought the car back to Kal Tire, suddenly they "couldn't find the issue anymore". And, after replacing the tires my car now pulls to the right.
