Dropped off my car to get a slow leak looked at. Next day appointment, they fixed it for free (bought the tires there 3 years ago), they even gave me a cute little case for my wheel lock and replaced my cracked valve cap. It's the little things... :) Staff were polite and attentive and service was quick. 30 minutes tops.
I have 2 stories. I purchased my winters from Kal Tire in Princeton. I noticed one tires' tread was fitted backwards. They took my car in immediately and while waiting the lady behind the admin desk came to me with concern and apologized for the mistake. 5 stars from me on that one. 2nd story; After asking, Mitchell's Towing recommended Kal Tire after I sliced my tire open.
