I am going at this location for the past 10 years with 3 cars Now they changed their front desk people , and if you don't speak their language, they will definitely try to make their best to not help you I just came in this morning and they told me that they're not gonna change my tires and I have to go to a different location. Literally, she just turned her back and walked away. Way to go kal tire

I went to this branch to replace my existing tires, but during the process they damaged another part of my vehicle. I had to go back to the shop multiple times over several weeks for the repair. If I explained everything that happened in detail, it would take an hour. They told me that I would not be charged for anything due to the inconvenience, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, they added a balancing fee .
