Had a positive experience with this location. Had new tires put on our truck and the plastic centre caps broke when they were putting our tires back on. Wasn’t their fault the caps were old and the plastic had degraded. Marcus, the manager, ordered us in 4 new caps for free. A week later they installed the caps free of charge. The new tires are great too! Will be using them for our tire needs in the future.
Brilliant service from Marcus and his team today, especially given that they were having a busy day! Top notch!

Very good experience at Kal Tire. I had a flat tire on an old set but was hoping to wait a few more months before replacing them in the fall. The manager gave me options for replacing the set now. He was very knowledgeable of all the brands and their tires and was quick to give me timelines and prices, I really felt like he was working hard to find something that would suit me.
