Really just a horrible experience. Called in on December 21 to book a winter tire swap, was told they could get me in first thing at 8 am on December 24. Woke up at 7 am on the 24, made my way to Kal Tire (a 25 minute drive from my house) and was told I don't have an appointment. The fellow I dealt with seemed to believe me but just said there's nothing he can do, they're fully booked that morning and the next available appointment is December 27, which just didn't work for me. Fitted me urgently at end of day to fix nail in tire. Amazing service. This is why I and my family have been getting tires and tire service at Kal-Tire for almost a decade.
Front desk staff was rude when I asked for a retorque on my vehicle. They then quoted me a half-hour time frame to retorque my tires.
Rolled in with a flat, they were booked, but still got me in and done under an hour.
